Roughly 14 years ago, I was discussing natural therapies with a friend who is a Masseur. She gave me a newspaper advertisement for an introductory to massage course being offered in Launceston, Tas. I went along and did the course, LOVED It, but at the time couldn't afford to outlay the $$ for the full 12 month course. This is where the Reflexology comes in to play.. a Harding had practised Reflexology for roughly 20years and was an absolute GURU in this space. She had a huge client base and was very well known for her technique. Nan had offered to train me in this field multiple times but it wasn't until I discovered my love for natural therapies through the intro to massage, that I really thought this was for me. So after a very quick phone call to Nan, both of us rather excited, we started training straight away. Nan set home work tasks, research tasks, we had practical sessions most weeks and I also completed an online course to make sure we were ticking all the appropriate boxes to be properly qualified and insured. This time with Nan was priceless, in more ways then one. The memories and chats we had during this time were something neither of us will ever forget. I qualified 5 days before giving birth to our first child and in September 2010 I started practising.

12 years on I still see some of my original clients which absolutely means the world to me. I have had 2 more children since and stopped and started multiple times in between to do so. During this time I also discovered a love for essential oils and use these everyday in our house. The last 12 months have seen me complete a Cert IV in Nutrition and can now offer services in this area as well. For me, the 3 fit really well together. Some might see it as an odd mix but to focus on overall wellbeing, what goes into OR onto the body truly influences the way our bodies cope. Hence the name Nourished Sole....

I open 2-3 days every week except school holidays.. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, offering both Reflexology and Nutrition appointments.
** Reflexology services for all adults and children.
** Nutrition consultation for adults over 18years of age. I love doing what I do and I haven't looked back since.
