We’re looking for: ✔️ Events with a positive impact on the community
✔️ Entry fees of $5 or less
✔️ Events not for commercial intent (no selling products or services)
✔️ Activities targeted to a Gippsland audience
✔️ Events that align with Life FM’s mission of building a caring, connected community 🌍💙

📅 How to submit: Email your event details (description, dates, times, location, and target audience) to [email protected] at least 2 weeks before your event.

You’ll hear back within 10 business days with approval or suggestions for revisions.

"You might wonder if having a vision board is really necessary for your goals. My answer is a resounding yes," Joy said.

"Without a vision board, or even just a picture or word symbolizing my goal, I've found it hard to stay on track. Most successful people use some form of a vision board to visualise what they want to achieve.

"I believe visualising your goals is key to staying focused and achieving them. Seeing your goals engages your senses and keeps you motivated."

For some, loneliness and grief can feel especially intense during Christmas, often leading to feelings of guilt. After all, this is supposed to be a joyful time—shouldn't we all just be happy? But the pressure to feel cheerful can sometimes make the weight of those emotions even harder to bear.

So, take a moment today to reach out to someone—a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while, or someone you know may be struggling. If you’re feeling overwhelmed yourself, don't hesitate to pick up the phone. Even a simple conversation, even if it’s about nothing in particular, can help lighten the load.

True friendship is about being there for one another, and we all need that connection, especially during tough times.
