Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a 15-year-old girl missing from Rockhampton.

She was last seen on December 15 leaving a Kawana residence.

Police have serious concerns for her welfare due to her young age and a medical condition.

The girl is described as Caucasian, approximately 155cm tall with brown hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing black shorts, a grey shirt and no shoes.
