💵 The typical Rockhampton residential ratepayer to see a rates increase of 0.66 per cent.

💵The $160 million-dollar capital works program includes $10.8 million towards airport projects and $21 million in facilities renewals and upgrades across the cemeteries, libraries, showgrounds, swimming pools and Pilbeam Theatre.

💵As work continues on the Mount Morgan pipeline, $18 million has also been allocated to this project, along with $29 million towards upgrades to the North Rockhampton, Gracemere and South Rockhampton sewerage treatment plants.

The budget has a surplus of $475,000.
