Churchill War Rooms

Hidden beneath the streets of Westminster are the Churchill War Rooms. A place that transports you back to where Churchill and his cabinet operated and controlled the war effort during the N**i bombing of England in the Second World War.
It was a fascinating experience as we strolled the underground corridors, listening to voices of the people that worked there in our audio ear-pieces. Even when we had coffee in the mess hall, 40’s music was playing in the background. We truly felt like we were transported back in time. Well worth it, if you’re visiting the UK and interested in WWII history.
