My name is Susan. I'm passionate about living a life that aligns with my values. I enjoy sharing my triumphs and failures with others in the hope that it may encourage individuals to seek out a healthier and happier way of living. I have never studied medicine, nor am I qualified to give a diagnosis or prognosis. I’m merely an ambassador for health and wellness and possess a deep desire to connect

with others and share information and education that I apply to my own life. I was diagnosed with a chronic illness in my late 30s and had been suffering with chronic irritable bowel disease for over 12 years. My health was getting me down and I didnt want to rely on pharmaceuticals and all the accompanying side effects. I wanted to heal and not merely mask the problem so I opted to adopt a holistic approach to overcoming illness and healing my body. Are you seeking information on how to achieve optimal health?
