Hearts on sleeves and power-chords at the ready Sunk Cost take on Ermine Coat for Slightly Odway.
Penning their own kind of ode Sunk Cost deliver a new take on WA inc.
“It’s not a straight forward love letter, it’s a kind of expression of the complexity of just really desperately wanting to impress someone, coming into this new world…”
Sunk Cost’s debut album sunckost is out now on Source Decay.
“...because Great Statue RULES! We’re big fans.”
IDM icons Grievous Bodily Calm lean into the slick silliness of enigmatic Great Statue for Slightly Odway this week.
Forsaking vocals, favouring melody and embellishing the beat, the band lend us a new listen of the Statue’s Lean Real Hard.
“The melodies are really strong, you don’t need text if the melody’s strong… and it’s not hard to find a good Annika [Moses] melody”
The band also caught up with Pam on Brekky to talk Fortnite features, new music and perform an original (with special guest Mali Jo$e!), listen back at rtrfm.com.au
