WOW! What an incredible 4 days. Perth. Brisbane. Sydney. Melbourne. ✈️

Still wrapping my head around it all. So grateful to for inviting me on the Art of Aesthetics Clinical Forum Roadshow.

This is something I never imagined myself doing…
And I had the time of my life.

Being able to travel, talk to people about one of my fav topics - content and Instagram, and help nurses and doctors navigate compliance while finding a way to advertise…I just want them to succeed in their businesses and I truly hope they found it helpful.

I used to think December/ early Jan was the worst time to post. 🎄🎇

For 6 years managing social media clients, mid December onwards was always quiet.

Lower engagement, everyone competing for attention with the overwhelming number of ads, and just overall Christmas madness.

But last year, I noticed that people were still going viral, story views were higher than usual, and people were online.

So I decided to challenge the “quiet December” notion and changed up my mindset and strategy.

And for the first time in 6 years, December didn’t feel like a quiet period. The results proved that people are still online and they’d engage if they are interested.

I’ve learnt not to let my assumptions hold me back.

So challenge your beliefs. And don’t assume you already know how things are going to play out. ❤️

I was about to do a bit of journaling during my morning routine on Monday when it suddenly hit me. ‘Wait, next week is the last week of 2024?!’ 😱

How did that happen?? Some of you might be thinking, ‘Duhhh?’ But I’m glad I’m not the only one who were as surprised as I was when I shared it on my stories earlier today.

It made me ask myself, ‘Did I finish the year proud of what I’ve accomplished? Did I get all the things done I wanted to do?’

And honestly, no. Not really.

I’ve been avoiding a lot of things.

Mostly out of fear. And anxiety.

Recently, one of my mentors shared three questions that have helped me process my disappointment:

1. What have I been avoiding?
2. What’s the worst thing that could happen?
3. And how would I react if the worst thing did happen? (I think we all know the answer in our ❤️).

For me, I was avoiding posting content (yes, even as a social media manager).

The worst thing? No engagement, and no views.

And how would I react? Re-evaluate and try again.

So, as the year comes to an end, whether you’re ready to take an intentional break, or you’ve still got some fuel left to tackle what you’ve been avoiding and make it ‘right’ for you, I hope this practice will help you get there. ❤️

As a social media manager for the past 5.5 years I’ve noticed that a lot of business owners were just posting content online for the sake of it because they felt they had to.

However, with the demands of running a business, social media often ended up at the bottom of their priority list, leaving little time to focus on the marketing efforts they were told you have to.

As a result, they were not seeing much results…

So how do I help my clients?

By providing a holistic SMM service. ❤️

How?

By developing an Instagram content strategy and producing creative and strategic content for my clients.

I create about 70-80% of the content for my clients so that they can free up at least 24 hours of their time per month while making sure that the content is working towards their marketing goals.

Such as growing your brand presence on Instagram online or generating leads.
