I was set to appear at Joondalup Magistrates Sausage Factory when I asked admin staff to provide me with the prosecution notices and was told I would not receive them until I filled in their form (and most likely paid a fee). Unfortunately for the sausage factory staff the WA Criminal Procedures Act does not require a form or payment for an accused or their lawyer:
Division 3 — Notifying the accused of a prosecution
26. Accused’s general entitlement to prosecution notice
(1) If an accused or an accused’s lawyer asks a court for a copy of a
prosecution notice containing a charge against the accused that
has been lodged with the court and that has not been determined
or dismissed, the court must provide one free of charge, unless
the request is unreasonable.
(2) Failure to comply with subsection (1) does not invalidate the
prosecution notice or the commencement of the prosecution but
may be grounds for adjourning the prosecution.

I Visited Fremantle Magistrates Court this morning to clear up some missing documents and all hell broke loose again because I'm unvaxed n unmasked so I could not possibly enter the court house admin!

So I asked for clarification on my appearance at my trial next week n apparently at trial entering the court unvaxed n unmasked will be perfectly fine n I'm like HUH? The Court staff literally winced at me with a look of "well don't look at me I didn't make this stupid s**t up!"

Can't wait to see the "Health Advice" the McGowan Government is relying on as it seems in the minds of these deranged public servants n politicians if you're labeled an "accused" then the virus can't transmit???

Hello I have a number of items to action at Fremantle Court which I've been required to submit remotely as when I arrived today it appears Australians who choose not to take part in an experimental drug trial or who suffer underlying health conditions or disabilities are being discriminated against by Fremantle Magistrates Court.

Disturbingly, Court Staff seem to be unaware of the illegality of their actions and the severe penalties they are being exposed to (between $50,000.00 and $250,000.00) under The Disability Discrimination Act 1992, The Biosecurity Act 2015 Section 60, The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act Sections 51(XXIIIA) and 109, Human Rights Commission Act 1996, and The Privacy Act 1998. Kindly forward me by COB tomorrow (Thursday March 16) the Risk Benefit Analysis done for Fremantle Magistrates Court where data concluded mandatory experimental trial drugs and dust masks were the outcome

Moreover, I am requesting the below items:

1. A complete set of all 14 charges and "Statements Of Material Facts" for all allegations currently being claimed against me by WA Police.

2. An Order issued for WA Police to return my mobile phone stolen (AGAIN!) from me by Fremantle Police on 31 January 2022 containing video evidence of my arrest on 2nd February 2021.

3. A Subpoena issued for the "Health Advice" used by The Premier Mark McGowan, Chief Health Officer Dr Andrew Robertson, then WA Health Minister Rodger Cook, Department of Health Director General Dr David Russell-Weisz, Attorney General John Quigley and WA Police Commissioner Chris Dawson regarding mandatory mask wearing, rules, and enforcement on 2nd February 2021.

4. Summons' issued to Premier Mark McGowan, ex Health Minister Rodger Cook, current Health Minister Amber-Jade Sanderson, Attorney General John Quigley, Chief Health Officer Dr Andrew Robertson, Department of Health Director General Dr David Russell-Weisz, and Police Commissioner Chris Dawson; ALL to appear at Trial for cross examination.

5. A Trial by Jury.
