We conduct or day to day operations on Whadjuk Noongar boodja (country) and pay respects to the Elders both past and present.

The Brilliant Foundation is dedicated to honouring and learning from Aboriginal and Torres Straight islander peoples’ unique cultural and spiritual relationships to the land, waters and seas.

Their story and spirit will always be written into Australia’s landscape.

Reims, FRANCE - A privilege to chat with Doreen Chen, an International Human Rights Lawyer, residing in France with her family.

⭐ Doreen graduated with a double degree, majoring in Economics and Science) specialising in Government and International Relations; and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with First Class Honours at The University of Sydney Law School. She excels in everything that she does.

⭐ Her curious mind started to ask whether there was more to life than billable hours and decided to continue studying in Colombia Law School, New York. This move changed her life as she decided to follow her heart to help humanity and vulnerable communities.

⭐ Doreen has worked with Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights for the Nuon Chea Defence Team and with IDLO - International Development Law Organization for the Strengthening Gender Based Violence Responses in Mongolia Project funded by Global Affairs Canada.
