Filmed entirely on location at Kangarutha Farm, with vintage lenses from Iron Glass, this stripped-back narrative of escape was a joy to collaborate on.

My Black Dog came away with two awards at the Far South Film Festival 2025! It nabbed 'Best Youth Film' and 'Best South East Film'.

Huge congratulations to FLING Physical Theatre and the whole production team.

My Black Dog is doing a lot of good on it's tour across Australia and opening up conversations about youth mental health. I hope it continues to gain recognition and reaches people who need it most.
