So here’s what happened...

I stopped trying to be clever.

Took one problem…just one.

The kind my people were dealing with daily, like clockwork.

You know, the thing that makes them mutter under their breath and want to throw their laptop out the window.

Wrote it out in a Google Doc.

Sent it to a few folks I already knew on my list
Didn’t overthink it.

And then... people started saying yes

No funnel.
No 97-step automation.
No slide deck with dramatic music and a fake “limited time” bonus.

Just a straight-up offer that made sense, landed at the right time, and spoke to something real.

Here’s what I figured out …the hard way

Most of the time, when you think your funnel is broken…it’s not.

It’s the OFFER.

Always the offer.

If it’s not clicking?

Slapping a fancy funnel on top of it is like putting lipstick on a confused spreadsheet.

It won’t help.

But if the offer is clear, sharp, relevant?

You don’t need the bells.
You need a DM.
A voice note.

A quick post.

That’s literally how I got my first five high-ticket clients.

No funnel, no team, no mental breakdown required….

And now? That’s how I teach it.

Because when someone instantly gets what you’re offering?

They don’t need a 17-email nurture sequence to decide.

So if you’ve been tweaking your funnel for the fifth time this month, rewriting your sales page with a slightly more “magnetic” headline, or staring at your analytics like it’s going to reveal the secrets of the universe…

Pause.

Seriously….just pause for a sec.

Look at the offer.

Would you say yes to it, if you were in their shoes?

If that question makes you wince?

Don’t touch the tech.

Fix the offer.

Make it simpler. Clearer. Something your dream client would understand without needing a dictionary and whiteboard to figure it out

Wanna see how I cleaned mine up and how I help others do the same?

Drop “SIMPLE” below or shoot me a DM. I’ll walk you through the no-funnel, no-fluff version that worked.

05/05/2026

spent months building a funnel I never used

It had the email sequence

The lead magnet
The webinar
The automations
The “perfect” landing page

And still… nothing

No leads
No clients
I told myself it was strategy

That I just needed more traffic
That I’d figure it out once I plugged in all the pieces

But the truth?
The funnel wasn’t broken
The OFFER was just unclear

No amount of automation can fix that
Because here’s what I’ve seen…not just in my own business, but in dozens of others…

When people don’t get what you’re offering, they don’t care how slick your funnel is

What they want is CLARITY
→ What’s the problem you solve?
→ Why does it matter now?
→ How do I know it’ll work for someone like me?

That’s it
Not 12 emails
Not 3 upsells
Not an epic webinar that took you 3 weeks to write

What changed everything for me was ditching the funnel and fixing the offer

I stripped it down to the essentials

— One offer
— Solving one urgent problem
— For one type of person

I wrote it in a Google Doc
Shared it with a few warm leads in my network
And clients started saying “yes”…faster than anything I’d ever built before

No tech
No fuss
Just clarity

And ironically?

Once the offer was clear… I didn’t need a funnel
People booked calls
DMs turned into clients

Referrals came in because the message was so easy to share

So if you’ve been stuck in funnel-land…tweaking, fixing, overthinking

Is your problem really the funnel?

Or is it the offer that’s hard to say “yes” to?
You don’t need a better sequence
You need a clearer solution

If you want to simplify your offer so it clicks without tech or tactics, drop “OFFER” below

Why your energy, not just strategy gets results

Everything we do is energy
It’s not just what you post

It’s the energy underneath it

We all carry a frequency

Most operate from fear, scarcity, and the need to control
Few lead from trust, gratitude, and a sense of grounded confidence

And pull in aligned clients without chasing
For a long time, I moved between both these opposites

One day in flow
The next in push mode

Results followed that pattern too
When I finally took an energy audit

I saw exactly where I was giving away my power

Old stories

Broken programming

Unhealed parts I hadn’t realized were still running me

Here’s the truth

No strategy will override misaligned energy
No funnel, script, or post

Will fix what you haven’t looked at inside

This is the deep work

Looking into parts you usually don’t want to go.
But when you do

when you finally let go…
You stop chasing
And start leading from your actual power

Ready to find out what’s really in your way?

Comment “ENERGY” below
and I’ll send you the Energy Audit Workbook to get started.

"I thought I was being generous. Turns out, I was just being stupid."

My first coaching client paid me $200 for 8 weeks.

I was SO grateful someone said yes, I threw in...

Unlimited Voxer support

Extra calls when she was "having a crisis"

A workbook I spent 20 hours creating

Constant check-ins because I was terrified she'd leave

Week 3, she texts me at 11 PM: "Can we talk? I'm spiraling."

Week 5: "The workbook is confusing. Can you explain it again?"

Week 7: "I know we already had our call this week, but..."

By week 8, I'd given her probably 15 hours of my time.

For $25/hour.

Less than I made as petrol pump attendant.

I was resentful. Exhausted. And convinced I was "bad at business."

But here's what I learned: The problem wasn't my coaching.

It was my pricing.

When you undercharge, you:

Attract people who don't value your time
Overcompensate with extras to justify the low price
Create unsustainable expectations
Burn out before you ever get good

I see new coaches doing this EVERYWHERE.

Charging $97 for 6 weeks of life transformation.

Including "unlimited support" in a $500 package.

Giving away their best stuff for free to "build trust."

You're not being generous. You're training people to devalue you.

Your next client should pay you 3-5x what you think they will.

Trust me on this one.

If you think you have a lead problem… you probably don't.

You have an OFFER problem.

Let me tell you about my client Mike
Mike came to me doing what most coaches do when they're trying to get clients..

Posting almost daily
Dropping value bombs
Sharing motivational quotes
Throwing out "DM me if you're interested" offers

And yet….nothing

When calls were booked they were with the wrong people

Unqualified
Hesitant
Looking for free advice

Mike didn't have a volume problem

He had a positioning problem
His offer was trying to solve everything for everyone
Generic transformation promises

No clear high-stakes problem

We rebuilt his offer around one thing only

The exact high-stakes problem his ideal clients lose sleep over

Suddenly, his offer became obvious…Urgent….Easy to say yes to

Within 3 weeks, everything shifted

Serious prospects
Qualified buyers
Sales calls that felt like conversations…not convincing

Mike closed $15K in his next month alone

Here's what most coaches miss..

Your offer isn't supposed to help everyone with everything

It's supposed to solve one high-stakes problem so well that the right people can't ignore it

If you're struggling to create an offer that sells, drop below and I'll send you the exact framework we used with Mike.

The Permission Slip You've Been Waiting For

You don't need another course.
You don't need another template.
You don't need another strategy.

You need permission to keep it stupidly simple.

Consider this yours.

I see you there, drowning in complexity.
Your desktop looks like a graveyard of half-finished courses.
Your brain is stuffed with 47 different strategies, each promising to be THE answer.

And yet... you're still not getting the results you want.

Here's what nobody's telling you…
You're not failing because you don't know enough.
You're failing because you know too much.

Last month, Jennifer, a wellness coach, spent 20 minutes explaining her "comprehensive client acquisition system."
It involved..

• A 7-part email sequence
• Three different lead magnets
• A webinar funnel
• Instagram Reels
• LinkedIn outreach
• A podcast she was "thinking about starting"

"How's it working?" I asked.

Silence. Then: "Well, I haven't actually implemented all of it yet..."

Of course she hadn't. Because it was INSANE.

Here's your permission slip to do LESS…

✓ Permission to have ONE lead magnet instead of seven
✓ Permission to focus on ONE platform instead of being everywhere
✓ Permission to sell ONE offer instead of a confusing menu
✓ Permission to send simple emails that sound human
✓ Permission to book calls with "want to chat?" instead of a 12-step application

I know what you're thinking: "But won't people think I'm not professional enough?"

Let me tell you about my most successful client.

She has:
• One Google Doc as her "sales page"
• One simple offer
• One way to book calls

That's it. No fancy funnels.

No complicated automations.

Last month?

She made $15,000.

The truth about complexit....

It's not making you look professional.
It's making you look confused.
It's not adding value.

It's adding FRICTION.

Simple sells. Complex repels.

Think about the last thing you bought.

Did you choose it because the sales process was beautifully complicated?
Or because someone made it ridiculously easy to say yes?

Your new mantra: If it feels complicated, it probably is.
If your strategy requires a flowchart, simplify it.
If your offer needs a manual to understand, clarify it.
If your sales process has more steps than a NASA launch, streamline it.

Here's what simple looks like...

One clear problem you solve.

One clear way you solve it.

One clear way to get started.

That's it.

Full stop.

So here's your official permission....

Stop trying to impress people with how much you know.
Start impressing them with how clearly you communicate.

The coaches making the most money aren't the ones with the most complex strategies.

They're the ones who made it stupidly simple for people to say yes.

What's one thing you can simplify in your business today?

Ready to strip away the complexity and focus on what actually works?

When Sales Calls Started Feeling Like Torture

Something shifted last month.

Not dramatic.

No big revelation.

Just this quiet knowing in my chest that said: "I can't keep doing this."

The endless cycle of booking calls with prospects who "need to think about it."

The dance of objection-handling.

The performance of being "on" for strangers who weren't ready anyway.

For years, I told myself this was just part of building a coaching business.

That I needed to "show up," "add value," and "overcome their resistance."

And sure, those calls taught me things.

They helped me understand my market.

They gave me practice.

But somewhere along the way, they stopped feeling like connection and started feeling like... work.

The wrong kind of work.

Because here's what I figured out: the coaches who are truly ready for transformation?

They already know they need help.

They don't need me to convince them on a 45-minute call.

They need a clear path. A simple way to say yes. Not another sales pitch.

That's when I discovered something game changing.

What if the best clients - the ones who get results and stick around

What if they're the ones who are ready to invest without needing their hand held?

What if I could attract those people through genuine conversations?

Through simple DMs that felt human, not salesy?

What if I could build a business where clients came to ME already convinced, instead of me chasing them down to convince them?

Turns out, you can.

The coaches I work with now?

They're booking $5K, $8K, even $15K clients through simple conversations.

No calls. No pitches. No convincing.

Just clear messaging that attracts the right people and a process that lets them step in when they're ready.

The right clients?

They feel it immediately.

And they're ready to move.

Speaking of ready...

I'm putting together a new cohort of the High-Ticket Playbook

My step-by-step system for landing your first 5 high-ticket clients without sales calls, complicated funnels, or chasing prospects who aren't ready.

If you're tired of the sales call hamster wheel and want to build a simpler, more authentic way to attract premium clients.

Drop a comment with "WAITLIST" and I'll make sure you're first to know when doors open.

20/03/2026

Lately, I've been avoiding my business.

Not because I don't care about it.

But because every time I sit down to create content

I stare at a blank screen thinking "what's the point?"

My voice feels lost in a sea of everyone saying the same damn things.

I keep joining programs thinking THIS one will have the magic formula.

Then I consume everything, implement nothing…

And beat myself up for wasting more time and money I don't have.

I know I'm looking for a silver bullet that doesn't exist.

I bloody KNOW this.

But I keep doing it anyway.

Here's what I'm realizing… Maybe the "resistance" isn't resistance at all.

Maybe it's me saying…

This version of building a coaching business feels completely wrong for you.

Instead of asking "What strategy or tactic should I buy next?"

I start to ask different questions…

What if I stopped trying to sound like everyone else?

What if the "easier way" I keep searching for is just...being myself?

What if all this time and money wasn't wasted but research into what I don’t want to do?

I don't have answers yet.

But I'm done pretending this feels easy when it doesn't.

And maybe that's exactly where the real work begins.

19/03/2026

When You're Spinning Your Wheels, Try This Instead

You know that feeling when you're absolutely convinced the problem is your strategy?

Like, if you could just crack the code on the perfect funnel setup, or nail the exact right messaging, or figure out that one missing piece... then everything would click into place.

I get it.

I've been there too.

But here's what I've noticed after years of working with smart, capable people who feel stuck… Most of the time?

Strategy isn't actually the issue.

The real issue is noise.

INTERNAL NOISE

Think about it. When was the last time you sat quietly….I mean really quietly

Without immediately reaching for your phone or opening another browser tab?

When did you last give your brain actual space to just... think?

Because underneath all that productive-looking strategizing and planning and "figuring it out," there's usually something else going on.

Doubt creeping in.

That low-level anxiety about whether you're doing this right.

The pressure to have all the answers right now.

And in that mental chaos, of course you can't hear what you actually know.

Your intuition gets drowned out by the shoulds and the what-ifs and the endless scroll of other people's advice.

No wonder everything feels hard.

So here's what I've started doing instead….and what I suggest to my clients when they're spinning:

Stop. Just... stop.

Not forever. Not for hours. Just for a few minutes.

Put the laptop down.

Step away from the whiteboard covered in arrows and question marks.

Go sit somewhere comfortable and breathe like you actually mean it.

And then ask yourself this: "What's the thing I already know I should do, but keep avoiding?"

Nine times out of ten, there's an answer waiting there.

Usually a surprisingly simple one.

Maybe it's that conversation you've been putting off. Maybe it's starting before you feel "ready."

Maybe it's saying no to something that's been draining your energy for months.

The answer isn't usually another framework or funnel hack.

It's usually something much more straightforward that your gut figured out ages ago….but got buried under all the strategic overthinking.

I'm not saying strategy doesn't matter. It does. But strategy built from a place of clarity hits different than strategy built from panic.

One feels sustainable. The other feels like you're constantly swimming upstream.

Your move.

18/03/2026

What if the success you're chasing is actually keeping you stuck?

I've worked with coaches, creators, business owners

People hitting big goals.

And you know what's weird? Half of them feel... empty.

Not ungrateful. Just... wrong somehow.

Like they're winning a game they never wanted to play.

Here's what I've learned (the hard way, mostly..

Your life comes first.

Everything else is just work.

Sounds obvious, right?

But when's the last time you looked at your schedule and thought…

"Yeah, this is exactly how I want to spend my time"?

If your days don't match what matters to you, you're building someone else's dream.

Simple usually wins.

I see people always changing their websites, their offers, their whatever.

But honestly…if you're always fixing stuff, you probably don't trust what you built.

And if you don't trust it, why should anyone else?

Stop chasing.

Start being clear.

The right clients aren't hiding from you…they just can't see what you're really about through all the confusion.

When you get clear on who you are and what you actually do, people pay attention.

Real beats fancy every time.

People can tell when you're being yourself.

They can also tell when you're putting on a show.

Guess which one makes them want to work with you?

You get paid for being you, not for being perfect.

Shocking, I know.

But the coaches doing really well aren't the ones with the prettiest websites.

They're the ones who stopped pretending and started being themselves.

If success scares you, you'll mess it up.

Sounds weird but it's true.

Your brain has to feel okay with more clients, more attention, more everything.

Otherwise, it'll find ways to keep you small.

This isn't some magical thinking stuff. It's just... doing things differently.

You don't need to work yourself to death to get freedom.

Actually, you can't.

If this is hitting you right now, good.

You're not broken.

You're just ready for success that actually feels like... you.

Marketing gets easier when you understand this

Sarah had been "coaching" for 8 months, constantly tweaking her messaging, changing her niche every few weeks

Business coach one day

Mindset coach the next

"I feel like a fraud," she said. "I'm telling people to build confidence while I'm over here questioning everything about myself."

That's when it hit me

Sarah wasn't struggling with marketing tactics

She was struggling with IDENTITY

BELONG …Sarah felt isolated like she didn't fit in anywhere

Not quite 9-5 anymore not quite "successful coach" yet

She was trying to help clients feel "seen" while feeling invisible herself

BELIEVE… She had no clear mission to stand on

One day she'd preach "hustle harder"

The next it was "work-life balance"

Her clients were confused because she was confused

BECOME… She was asking clients to transform into confident leaders while she was still figuring out who she was becoming as a coach.

Here's what shifted everything for Sarah…

Instead of trying to be the "perfect" coach

She started sharing her real journey

Her struggles with imposter syndrome became her superpower with anxious entrepreneurs

Her message became clear…

"I help perfectionist business owners build confidence without the burnout, because I've been there."

Now she's booked solid

Same skills, same experience

But aligned identity

TRUTH ?

You can't guide someone to become who you're not willing to become yourself

Stop trying to be the coach you think you should be

Start being the coach you are

What identity are you avoiding that might be exactly what your clients need?

13/03/2026

You’re not being rejected. You’re being mis-seen

They’re not saying no to your depth.

They’re responding to the part of you that’s still holding back

Not because you’re hiding.
But because you’re protecting.

You want to be seen…
But not too seen.
You want to be valued…
But not misunderstood

So you play it safe instead of full out.
You try to justify your pricing instead of standing in it.
You broadcast from your head instead of your heart.

And when it doesn’t land?

It feels personal.
Like you were rejected.

But maybe
this isn’t about your value at all

Maybe it’s a signal mismatch.
Between the version of you that’s here to serve…
and the version of you that’s been showing up

Not wrong. Not broken.
Just ready to resonate more honestly

So if it’s been quiet lately,
if the hands aren’t raising,
if the offer that felt like you haven’t landed…

Don’t twist yourself to be more palatable.
Don’t try to fix your frequency.

Just ask...
Where am I still playing safe in the name of being chosen?
What truth have I been tiptoeing around, waiting for permission to share?

Because the moment you stop trying to be understood…
and start being undeniable…

You won’t have to chase.
They’ll feel you.

And the ones who are ready?
They’ll come forward.
