Congratulations to Centre who the judges unanimously selected to go through to the Final on Sunday, 6th February. 👏👏 Well done to all of the other acts too - you were all amazing! Well that’s a wrap on Scholarpalooza! for another year folks! Scholarpalooza! Battle of the Bands - GRAND FINAL is happening this Saturday, 15 February. Joining Art House, Eleven AM, Glimmer, Intrusion, and Sofa band are young rockers from the Perth hills who are this year's wild card entry, having narrowly missed winning their heat last weekend. Doors open at 4pm. $10 entry. Come show your love and support to six amazing bands whilst contributing to a great cause at the same time with full proceeds from the event going to the Victorian CFA and WIRES.

Phoneline Valentine win Drug Aware Scholarpalooza
Huge congratulations to Phoneline Valentine who won this year's Scholarpalooza! battle of the bands competition last night in front of a sold out crowd at The Garage in the best all ages show we have ever seen. Our panel of judges, selected from WA music royalty, had an incredibly tough job on their hands to choose a winner from the six bands who produced 3 hours of super quality music in front of a hot and sweaty audience that went crazy for every song.
We'd like to thank everyone who came along to Scholarpalooza! this year, and to all of the bands that competed but especially our grand finalists Just Pacific, Crimson Regret, Grey States, Planetary and Supervision Band. We hope to be seeing a lot more of you all this year.
Our winners Phoneline Valentine take home great prizes - a full recording and mixing package with Jelly Sound, free WAM membership, a pro photo shoot, and radio airplay on RTRFM 92.1. Grey States wins Heat #4
Congratulations to Grey States for taking out the final heat of Scholarpalooza last night at The Garage! And a big thank you to our judges for this heat John Overthrow from Statues, Scott Kay from Voyager Australia and the lovely Georgia Siciliano from BELGRADE who had a tough task on their hands.
Grey States will now join the winners of the other heats on Saturday 17th February in Drug Aware Scholarpalooza! - GRAND FINAL, plus by special dispensation of the judges a wildcard entry has been offered to Planetary who were very worthy runners up in Heat #1.

Like our first two heats, heat #3 of Scholarpalooza! did not disappoint the awesome crowd that turned out to watch four amazing acts at The Garage last night! Each did their own beautiful thing in a unique way, making it doubly hard for our judges who in the end could not separate the top two, so....they are both going through to the Grand Final on Saturday 17th of February! Congratulations Supervision Band and solo artist Crimson Regret!
