Apology to Uncle Neil Ingram

Wiradjuri Elder, Uncle Neil Ingram, was named without his permission in a recent $1,926 grant application to Orange City Council - Wiradjuri Country.
The application was for a community event, and the grant was approved during Tuesday night's council meeting.
Uncle Neil had no knowledge of the event, nor had he been approached to be involved. He says he is extremely hurt by his name being used in the application.
The organiser of the event, Lewis Bird, has apologised to Uncle Neil.
