CONFIT is working to bridge this gap by allowing former detainees to interact positively through fitness, creating second chances that offer true freedom and community support upon release from prison or detention centres. The organisation focuses on forming solid connections between like-minded people using the concept of training within jail environments out in society - allowing those who were once restricted from living entire lives to reach their personal goals and make meaningful contributions back into their surroundings.
