🔧 Behind-the-Scenes Update from From The Heart 🔧

Hey everyone,

Just a quick heads-up: we're currently experiencing some unexpected technical hiccups. What was supposed to be a quick software update has turned into a bit of a saga, and as a result, all scheduled podcast meetings will need to be rescheduled.

These updates have temporarily locked us out of several From The Heart accounts, making communication a tad challenging.

Wow, time flies and wow how things have changed.
I just had a photo memory pop up in my Facebook feed from 2018 and it sparked something in me.

Since then we've added Grandkids and subtracted just a little size on my part.

I love these flashbacks even though they show me at this size because this is me, this is part of my life, and these are the memories my kids have.

These images of myself at the time once brought shame and made me feel unworthy in so many ways.

I look at this woman now and want to hug her. We are still the same person on the inside. We still love those around us just as deeply, we still stand up for those we love with strength and respect and while all of those things about us are the same there's so much about us that isn't.

We no longer hide away, ensuring there are little to no photos of us.
We no longer avoid being the face of both of our companies due to embarrassment and being told we are fat and ugly and dumb.
We no longer avoid looking in the mirror.
We no longer hide in the shadows

We ARE worth it
We ARE smart
We ARE beautiful
We ARE capable
We ARE healthy
We ARE confident
WE ARE ---- ME

All the different sides, the different hats we wear and the many ways we show up in business and in life.
Dear old me, i love you.🥰
