More than the numbers or percentages, more than the success or results, it’s the friendship that we’ve forged that I cherish the most.
owners Lydia & Ben have supported me, uplifted me, believed in me and looked out for me, in what has been, at often times, a very testing year in business and personally.
I work really hard for my clients. And when I invest in someone, I don’t just invest in the business, I invest in the people.
I want to see other people win, maybe even more than I want to win for myself. Collaboration is really what brings me the most joy. And if I’ve taken anything from this year, or this business relationship with TWF, it’s that. That I love working for and by myself, but I don’t feel fulfilled unless I’m winning and thriving alongside others. That one-off or short term projects are good, but it’s the long term partnerships that see me thriving in my zone of genius.
It’s not the numbers that define success for me, it’s the strength in mutual respect, shared purpose, shared connection, and shared growth.
The results are pretty good though 😝🔥
