It sits on 46 acres of tropical rainforest, overlooking the Pacific Ocean on Mount Buderim, the Sunshine Coast (Queensland) about an hour North of Brisbane. The studio has purpose-built rooms for Pre-production recording, including live tracking & post production, with the latest technology to

achieve the highest quality sound. Heliport has state of the art equipment and the SSL Duality Desk is Heliport's primary recording & mixing console. The Duality is the flagship model for Solid State Logic, which is one of the world’s best-known console manufacturers. More hit records have been mixed on an SSL than any other including Led Zeppelin, Muse and Nirvana . The Control Room houses one of Australia’s only commercially available Solid State Logic (SSL) Duality Digital/Analog mixing Consoles. The Duality has dynamics on every channel and full DAW control, Pro Tools 8 HD3 on an Apple Mac Pro with 48 Channels of I/O on high quality Lynx Aurora converters, all monitored through Focal twins, Barefoots, NS10’s and Avantone cubes.
