We lost mates in 2024 who decided it was the only way to ease the pain- we lost mates who had accidents which then affected mates in 2024!
Check in, tell your mates you love them you just never know what your last words could be to them.

⭐️ T20 CRICKET FUNDRAISER MATCH ⭐️

The Glencoe Football Club Charity T20 Cricket Match is coming up fast and will be held next Sunday 19 January 2025.

There will be a Bus leaving from the Coles Carpark at 12:00pm sharp and returning at approximately 6:30/7:00pm for anyone who would like to hop on - gold coin donation for the bus ride. There will be space to store cricket bags under the bus.

Match to kick off at 1:00pm.

Please bring along cash for the BBQ and games on the day.

All funds raised on the day will be provided to the Mitchell family to assist with the costs associated with Jack’s fight with Leukemia.

To be held at the Glencoe Football Club • Bar & Food Facilities available • Auctions and Money Raising throughout the day • Bring the whole family - all welcome!

Episode 5 - Linda Cleary

Linda Cleary had an idyllic childhood in Casterton, spending time with her sister and brother, filling up the oil bottles at the family run local garage, Kelletts Service Station, and doing all things that kids do in a country town. On leaving school, Linda gained an apprenticeship, then commenced her many years as a hairdresser. Linda met Mick, and they married in 1990.

Their family was complete after the birth of their 2 boys, Zac & Gus. Linda’s strength and resilience was tested when Mick was diagnosed with cancer when the boys were only 8 and 10yrs old. The physical and mental health battle, for Mick and the family had begun. Further tragedy occurs in the family and Linda recounts her experience and strategies to cope and deal with what life has thrown at her.

Linda agreed to this interview to raise awareness of mental health issues, especially those effecting young men.
