A couple weeks ago I got invited over to Baimbridge College in Hamilton vic to guest speak for the Youth Live4Life launch event! I spoke to 200 year 8 students and staff from multiple schools about my story with mental health. These students are going on to learn mental health first aid and are helping break the stigma within the Southern Grampian and surrounding shires!
It was an absolute privilege!
