Meet Martha Wanjiru, the landlady who treats her tenants in very kind way. Apart from buying them Christmas gifts, Martha has waived the January 2025 rent for her tenants.

This is the third year she's waiving her tenants January rent.

During the covid 19 era she didn't ask her tenants for rent until there was stability.

The world would be much better if we had more amazing souls like her.
