Below is the pricing from the 20th of December - 1st of February and what is available 24/7 at co-work Merimbula.

6 x Daily Desks - $45 per desk, per day.

Meeting Room - $150 a day (weekly and monthly prices available)

Private Offices - $1500 a month (currently booked out, but please contact Zoe 0408427599 incase of changes)

With a large number of empty shops vacant in Merimbula, local business woman Zoe Joseph knew her shop, needed a new lease on life and instead of seeking another retail tenant decided to transform her shop front into a co-working space.

Dividing her time between the coast and Bombala, Zoe’s business S.H.E Change needed a home base for her growing team to work from together and also knew others needed the same.

Co-Work Merimbula will be an exciting addition to the growing co-working landscape across the far South Coast and as a point of difference will be building a Podcast studio, which will be available to hire.

With plans to open February 2020 the EOI is now out for tenants who would like to secure an office space as well as anyone else looking to call co-work Merimbula home in the new year.
