⚡️ Responsible for administration and ex*****on of HR activities eg. staffing, interview scheduling, letters & memos
⚡️ Responsible for invoicing, basic bookkeeping and payroll preparation
⚡️ To update and maintain leave records
⚡️ Responsible for daily general administration and other office support activities.
⚡️ Perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining as and when required by the Superior
⚡️ Create and maintain filing system, files and folders: hiring, clients and sales on the Google Drive
⚡️ Responsible for operations software installation, setup and upgrades, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes

REQUIREMENTS

📂 More than 1.5 years experience in administrative role
📂 Must be organized, detailed, efficient, multitasker & responsible

Last month, we had an amazing time (plus a spectacular after-shoot meal) with one of Kuching's newly-opened Chinese restaurants, Little Banquet Restaurant! 🍽⁠⁠
At the beginning of the year, Little Banquet opened its doors to Kuching with an assortment of Chinese dishes ➕ daily promotions. However, like many other F&B outlets, restaurant dine-ins have drastically declined due to Covid.⁠⁠
So, in an effort to drive sales, they decided to go online! We deployed both 💻 Facebook Ads and 🤖 Chatbot Marketing into their marketing strategy, opting to reach their customers through social media!⁠ ⁠
