That's a wrap on one of our biggest projects to date!
What began as a quick 'who are we' project for our five-year anniversary has evolved into a profound exploration of our company and personal growth. Over the last 2.5 years, we've been secretly filming behind the scenes at VATtrack, capturing the stages of our journey. From recounting the evolution from our beginnings,meeting incredible clients along the way to outlining our goals for the future.
Stepping into our 7th year, it's the perfect moment to embrace a new era with fresh media, new services, and a visionary outlook for the next chapter. The beginning of the new year can be a daunting time, especially when it comes to pre-production work. Our team at VTM has recently been experimenting with innovative gadgets and apps to keep everything in order. @remarkable has been a game changer for us. It’s a digital haven for reading documents, flipping through pdfs and taking notes. What sets it apart is its pen- to -paper feel,making it an ideal replacement for our VATpad (iPad). It’s purely designed for writing, with no social media or apps to distract you. The device connects to wifi, allowing you to email your documents straight from your tablet. It also has a computer app that backs up all your files digitally. If you spend long hours in front a screen, you’ll appreciate that the tablet isn’t backlit, making it easy on the eyes. Rally can be so unpredictable, and that's what we love about it. A little story time about a moment a few years back. I remember feeling an overwhelming sense of calm and knew things were fine as this was happening. 'Take photos of this one Formula Vee with your unique style and hope it goes according to plan', was the intention back in May 2017.
It started with one girl whose last name is Vattovaz. She placed a sticker on a Formula Vee. Her goal was to create a business that focuses on ‘tracking’ the personal journeys of individuals in their desired sports, (hence, TRACK to the VAT).
One soon turned into four... then into a team of ten. VATtrack gathers experienced and qualified freelance photographers, videographers, editors and media industry professionals. It gives them an opportunity to work in an action- packed environment.
Our aim is to make your memories into artistic creations.
As a modern business, we are best described as a freelance service specialising in motorsport/sport photography, film-making and media management. We provide printing and creative services. Portals for other businesses seeking to promote their services are established and monitored via VATtrack. As much as we love sport, we also specialise in other events and are open to collaboration.
Presently, VATtrack Media is plastered on over 70 cars and has attended events both around Australia and Internationally. Our sticker is on trailers, helmets, inside vehicles and on family cars.
