Before you kick the autumn leaves or bin them in the green waste, be sure to take time to look at their brilliant colours. These leaves are from my tree.

Hug a tree today....I did. Hugging a tree helps with grounding. This tree was a particularly beautiful tree in the high country of Victoria....but anyone will do!
