9 Signs Your Running Shoes Aren’t Working for You! 👟

1. 🏃‍♂️ Aches & Injuries: If nagging pain plagues you, check your shoes! They could be causing issues like plantar fasciitis or tendonitis.
2. 👣 Bruised Toenails: Too small or tight shoes might be to blame—size up!
3. Blisters: If you’re in good socks and still getting blisters, your shoes might be too roomy or tight. 🩸
4. Odd Wear Patterns: Look for signs of excessive wear on specific spots—this can indicate you need more support.
5. 💥 Pressure on Top of Foot: A tight fit can cause pinching—maybe it’s time to find a roomier shoe!
