Holly spends the day with second generation winemaker Matthew Barry and gets to find out more about the self-sustaining environmental principles that underpin this organic certified winery.

This week Madeleine takes the trek, three hours from Sydney to Orange and visits one of the oldest family-run wineries in the area. Spending the day with Rex, from Highland Heritage Cellar Door, Madeleine learns more about what it takes to run an operation in this cool climate and learns more about Rex's colourful history along the way.
