I've been busy learning new skills, working with clients and to top it all off, I'm about to go back to school as well.

Everyone tends to use social media as a highlight reel and not many choose to honestly share what is really going on in their life.

So here are 5 truths about me, 4 cripple me daily *hello imposter syndrome* and one is a VERY personal one that I kinda did hesitate sharing.

Bonus one for you - it's okay to not be okay and to seek help. I have been seeing a psychologist for quite some time and even though I'm in a great place right now, I still look forward to my appointments. I find having someone to unpack my thoughts with, to acknowledge my feelings and to break down anything that overwhelms me into smaller achievable tasks is honestly so valuable. Frankly it's the reason why I'm in a great place!

This year it was a lovely roadtrip within our state, exploring new towns.

It was amazing to be forced to switch off for several days without phone reception. I found that my creativity was thriving and I was just bursting with ideas, planning for the new year.
