A little win from a couple of weeks ago—Kate Toon answered my question on her podcast! 🎉

I asked: “When you feel like you’re doing all the things and trying to tick all the boxes but feel like you are getting nowhere—what was the pivotal moment for you when things started falling into place?”

Her answer? It wasn’t about crossing one big finish line—it was about the journey itself.

And she’s right. The joy is in the struggle, in the process, in everything we learn along the way. That so-called “line” we’re chasing? It keeps moving. Once we hit a goal, we set a new one. And that’s what keeps us growing.

It reminded me of a movie where they were searching for a blue pearl, only to realise it was never about the pearl—it was about the adventure.

✨ Tuesday Tip: Lack of Clarity is Resistance

“If you don’t know what you want to make happen, how can you make it happen? You can’t.” — Carrie Green

Clarity is such a small word, but it does have a big impact. And honestly? It’s something I’m really working on for my business this year because lack of clarity creates room for resistance—and for what Carrie calls the “negative committee.”

I mean, I can’t lie—I still go to bed some nights thinking, What the f@ #& am I doing?! (Anyone else?) But when I take the time to get clear about what I want to achieve, it quiets the imposter syndrome and leaves more space for taking intentional action toward my goals.

If you’re feeling stuck, as a small business owner, ask yourself:
1️⃣ What do I really want to make happen this year?
2️⃣ What’s one intentional step I can take this week to move toward it?

Clarity doesn’t mean you need to figure everything out at once. It just means knowing where you’re heading and starting the journey.

Every 6 months, I like to step into my clients’ shoes and test websites from their perspective. It’s such a simple habit, but it can make a HUGE difference in catching issues before they frustrate your customers.

Here’s what I recommend:
✔️ Test your Contact Form: Submit a message to yourself. Did it go through? Are all the fields working properly?
✔️ Check your checkout process: Set one product to $1, go incognito, and buy it yourself. Is the process smooth?
✔️ Review on desktop AND mobile: Does everything look as it should? Is it easy to navigate on both?

It’s these small, proactive steps that help ensure your site delivers the seamless, professional experience your customers deserve. 💻✨

Ah, the inevitable love-hate relationship with technology. 💻

It’s amazing when it works, but when it doesn’t… welcome to the rabbit hole of frantic Googling, endless trial and error, and testing all the things. 😅

This week, I found myself in that exact situation: Google was sending a client’s emails from her website straight into the trash folder—and let me tell you, that’s NOT where they belong. So frustrating, right?

After some digging (and maybe a little head-scratching), I finally cracked the issue. There’s nothing quite like that “YES, I fixed it!” moment, is there? 🎉

That’s my win for the week—solving a tricky tech problem for my client and getting her emails back where they belong.

💡 “Shift your focus from the products you sell to the customers you serve.” — Russell Brunson

I heard this quote in one of Russell Brunson’s interviews on YouTube (yes, I’m a total YouTube ju**ie!), lightbulb moment.💡

It’s one of those things you kind of know, right? But sometimes, hearing it said in just the right way makes it hit differently.

It got me thinking:

Who am I really serving?
Why does what I offer actually matter to them?
How does it help them live or work better?
And… what are they missing out on if they don’t have it?

Making this mindset shift—from focusing on what I do to focusing on the people I serve—completely changed how I see my business. It’s no longer just about websites or packages. It’s about helping women entrepreneurs, mums, tradies, and small business owners feel confident, visible, and proud of how they show up online.
