👉 Make sure that phone of yours is charged! Your phone becomes a vital tool when travelling: maps, translator, public transport schedule, money, google, texting, calling, emergency calls etc. It is an encyclopedia.
👉 The ADHD brain gets easily overwhelmed and tired, it is compounded when you brain is dehydrated. You become tired, stroppy, forgetful and lost. Water that brain of yours, especially if you are on the go.
👉 If you forget to charge your phone at least you have the paper version of your important docs and at least you sent scanned versions of your docs to key / emergency contacts.
👉 Travelling is wonderful, it can be stressful but it can be even more fun. Sometimes getting lost can be fun, you discover some cool market, shop, cafe etc. or you gain a funny story to tell when you're back home.
