Our first release for 2025 on Horizons welcomes the talented duo HAFT with their label debut, beginning with the warm tones of "Rosewood" 🌅
"The mellifluous tones of “Rosewood” quickly creating a subtle melancholic atmosphere. A subterranean bass adds heft and gravitas as an immaculately syncopated synth phrase creates groove aplenty in the second movement. Rippling arps and counterpoint pads add to the aural depth, as does a perfectly placed vocal motif at the breakdown. Hitting club-friendly heights once more in the latter stages, HAFT’s production skills are on full display as “Rosewood” reaches a smooth and blissful conclusion."
