Consult your doctor before taking this herbal tea if you are taking your medicine for blood pressure and other maintenance that might affect your health condition and if you are pregnant.

Special Fried Rice Teriyaki

Ingredients: (only those I used on this video)

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 onion - sliced
3 cloves of garlic - minced
2 free range eggs (our own)
1 cup mixed veggies - corn, carrots, green peas
4 pcs button mushrooms - sliced
Left over roasted pork - cut into cubes
Cooked Rice
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
Ground pepper

Procedure:
1. Heat the pan - medium heat.
2. Add the extra virgin olive oil
3. Saute the garlic and onion
4. Add the roasted pork
5. Add the mushrooms until cooked
6. Add the mixed veggies
7. Add the soy sauce and simmer for 3 mins.
8. Add the cooked rice and stir evenly
9. Make a space in the middle to cook the egg as shown on the video. I scrambled the eggs in the middle of the pan until slightly cooked. Move or set the others on the side. Then mix them all up.
10. Add the teriyaki sauce and ground pepper
to taste. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.

Story Time is great and fun especially with your little ones.

I am a stay-at-home mum with a nearly 3 year-old little girl. One of our bonding moments is reading books aside from singing, dancing, playing and watching kiddie shows on you tube and DVDs. Reading is one of our favourite activities to practice her speech development because at age 2.5 years old my daughter has a developmental delay (speech and gross motor-skills). She was born with Right Torticollis which her head is tilted to her right side (already resolved by Physiotherapist). It affects her vision and her balance. We suspected that she also has some early signs of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) but despite of that I think she is now progressing well. At the age of 18 months, she can read the Alphabet from A-Z and can count and read numbers from 1-10 but not properly say the exact word. I started to introduce books for her when she was 3 months old. Since then, she loves and obsessed with books that is why we keep reading lots and lots of books for her. She also loves watching kid’s stories on you tube. So, I got an idea to create an online story for her and for the other kids as well. We love to share our stories for you all. Enjoy watching!
