Why we created a film festival
Space Brains is thrilled to have hosted and created a spectacular film festival!
Our goal was to provide filmmakers with a unique opportunity to showcase their work on the big screen, while also uniting the community in the joy of shared movie-watching experiences.
We're over the moon about the success of the Space Brains Sci-Fi Film Festival 2023, which included an incredible keynote speech by Luke Sparke and a fantastic writing workshop by Stephen Dedman. And to top it all off, our event videographer David Blair captured all the highlights perfectly!

We want to give filmmakers a chance to see their films on the big screen, bring community together and share the experience of watching films in a communal environment.
