Hey legends, just a quick heads up I’ve decided to step away from Facebook and Instagram completely. Life’s been full lately, and I’ve been feeling the need to simplify, slow down, and focus more on the things that really matter. Family, time on the water, and the stuff that fills my cup without draining it.

Exhale Adventures isn’t going anywhere it’s just shifting gears. I’ll still be sharing on YouTube when the passion strikes, but without the pressure to be everywhere or post all the time. No schedules, no algorithm-chasing just the good stuff, when it feels right.

And to everyone who’s watched, liked, commented or even just took the time to click the share button, thank you. That support has genuinely meant a lot over the years.

Jumping straight back into reality after the trip, it’s taken me a moment to get organised here! When Shrek from first reached out about joining and helping out on one of the Noob Spearo spearfishing courses, I was so humbled and grateful. The opportunity to teach, guide, and, perhaps most importantly, learn was something I couldn’t pass up!

The whole experience diving, the people, and the comfort of the beautiful was nothing short of amazing. I’ll be sharing a couple of videos about this incredible adventure soon, and I can’t wait to bring you all along for the journey in the coming months!
