I’m so excited for this year!

After finally fulfilling my lifelong dream of traveling to Europe last year, I’m feeling inspired to make 2025 just as memorable.

While it’s going to be hard to top that incredible experience, I’m not getting any younger—and I want to ensure my year is filled with more exciting trips and adventures.

Why are we, as adults, so afraid to take chances or try new things?

What holds us back?

Processed foods tend to have ingredients you don’t recognise.

These “foreign” substances might include artificial additives, preservatives, and chemicals that our bodies don’t naturally know how to process.

When you eat something your body can’t easily recognise or break down, it can’t properly use or eliminate those substances.

Unfortunately, this leads to stress on the body and can contribute to long-term health problems.

I’m currently reading Grit by Angela Duckworth, and it’s made me reflect on what sets high achievers apart from the average person.
