Labor's Justine Elliot is ahead with 64.7% of the vote counted as the battle between Justine Elliot, Mandy Nolan and Kimberly Hone continues.

The two-party preferred now has Justine Elliot at 60% with the Nationals Kimberly Hone on 40%.
