Morning Tas Farming Fam!🦞

We have a public service announcement, sharing news from our friends over at Cradle Coast Authority about their upcoming field day at Circular Head.

Titled 'Crayfish, Creeks and Carbon' the FREE event will run from 10:30am-1pm (lunch provided) on April 5 at Brodies Road, Roger River, and will feature a mix of presenters talking about Giant Freshwater Crayfish, revegetation and farm carbon emissions/credits.

Presenters include:
- Todd Walsh, Giant Freshwater Crayfish expert, with a live crayfish
- Associate Professor Matthew Harrison, soil carbon expert, talking about carbon markets and managing soil carbon on farm.
- Fiona Marshall, Giant Freshwater Crayfish Recovery Project Coordinator
talking about the works undertaken in Circular Head to improving river health and crayfish habitat.
- Dr Helen Morgan from the Tasmanian Land Conservancy talking about planning and managing a farm revegetation program.
