Hey Kilcoy Connect members!

Check out our ANZAC Day March this morning. It was a heartwarming display of unity, diversity and pride with groups marching together, including representatives from schools, clubs, the RSL, veterans, current serving members of the defence forces, emergency services, community groups, and more.

A special shoutout to our Filipino, Timor Leste, and Papua New Guinean community members for their inspiring representation. A special mention to the exceptional marching of the Mount Kilcoy State School students – they always make us proud!

Today was truly memorable, filled with honour and remembrance. Thank you to everyone who participated and attended. Lest we forget.

EVENT | Kilcoy ANZAC Day 2024

📅 Date: 25 April 2024

🕔 5:00 am: Dawn Service at the Cenotaph on McCauley Street, Kilcoy - followed by a gunfire breakfast.

🕥 10:30 am: March-past, commencing from Seib Street.

🕚 11:00 am: Official service commences at the Cenotaph on McCauley Street - followed by a BBQ lunch.

ALL WELCOME TO ATTEND

Join us as we honour and remember our ANZAC heroes with reverence and gratitude. Let's come together as a community to pay tribute to their sacrifice and celebrate their legacy.
