Gerringong Under 6 Junior Lions roared on Saturday in Round 3 clashes at Dorothy Bailey Field, with the Under 6 Blue team facing a spirited Jamberoo Blue outfit, while the Under 6 Reds showed their class against the visiting Stingrays Gold team.
The Gerringong Under 8 BT Girls turned on an excellent display against the visiting Shellharbour Maroon team and showed their attacking flair with some great tries.
The Gerringong Under 8 Boys faced a formidable Kiama Black side and both teams showed well developed attacking and defensive skills that will see them perform well this season.
Special mention to the volunteers and referees who made the day run very smoothly.

Created by a Bunny, Poured by The Grumpy Bunny

South Sydney Rabbitohs player Jai Arrow visited Kiama today to launch his new coffee blend, The Arrow, at local cafรฉ The Grumpy Bunny.

Arrow has played 162 NRL games and represented Queensland in 12 State of Origin matches, but he is also a passionate coffee lover.

โ€œI love my coffee,โ€ says Arrow. โ€œI got involved with my matesโ€™ coffee company and decided to make my own blend. I was lucky enough that The Grumpy Bunny was looking for a new coffee, and Iโ€™m very grateful for the opportunity.โ€

The Arrow is the result of a collaboration between himself and longtime friend Jayson Matheou, founder of specialty coffee roaster Willyโ€™s Beans.

โ€œJai and I grew up together,โ€ says Matheou. โ€œHe was always promoting my coffee, so I asked him - instead of just promoting it, would he like to have his own product?โ€

The Grumpy Bunny is now the first cafรฉ to stock The Arrow blend - a fitting partnership for the Bunnies star.
