Variety Adventure TV

Leading businessman/philanthropist RON BARTON, and television presenter TROY GRAY have teamed up to raise over $200,000 every year for Variety's Freedom Program. In 2012, a dedicated volunteer committee, plus a dozen documentary participants will aim to take the total amount raised via this project to well over $1MIllion. Variety Adventure TV is a campaign which raises funds to support Variety’s Freedom program to help children in need gain mobility and independence. Fundraising spreads across 10 months of every year, with the major component being a made-for-TV documentary. Each year, in the last week of October, 12 lucky participants get to undertake the adventure of a lifetime. The journey is filmed by our award wining crew and screened locally (and internationally!).
