The health and wellbeing of our MS community and riders is our number one priority. In line with the Australian and State government restrictions in response to the unfolding coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 30th anniversary MS Brissie to the Bay will proceed as an interactive ONLINE CHALLENGE event.
Demand for services goes up in a time like this, and we are underway with a comprehensive COVID-19 response plan to ensure our residents in accommodation sites are well prepared, and that our nurses, support coordinators, and Neuroassist line advisors are there to support our MS community through this time. It’s your fundraising that powers this response. Please continue to raise these vital funds.
For 30 years, we’ve seen inspirational efforts from our loyal community of supporters and riders, starting way back in 1990 when just 80 riders hit the roads to fight MS. Like many charities, we will need you now more than ever and are confident we can deliver a great virtual experience. We are working on the details now and look forward to sharing them with you soon.
We may be isolated, but we are not alone.
Over the coming weeks we will be unveiling exciting features associated with this updated event format and look forward to seeing you on the start line for the 2020 virtual ride to fight MS.
