POSITION TITLE: Telesales Business Development
REPORTS TO: Company directors
LOCATION: Australia (work from home)
Hours: 4 hours per day / 5 days per week (Typical 4 hours between 9:00 – 5:00pm Mon to Fri – flexible work day)

We have been experiencing a great growth in Australia and are looking for a keen Telesales Business Development with a ‘go getter’ attitude to target customers over the phone in Australia. We are not the typical, run of the mill company and are all about raising the standards with everything we do!
About the role:
• Contact host leads provided by EzyStayz using our phone line system online
• Convert leads to opportunities and properties on boarding
• Analyse leads opportunities and know how to increase host stock list
• Reactive enquiries host to help them on boarding by call or online reach
• Build and generate host listings leads from outside website and other online channel
• Provide ideas and execute host acquisition programs
• Follow the strategy or tactics deployed by market manager
• Attend relevant market trade shows around Australia
• Send information / reports about leads results to directors
• Following up all activities diligently in our CRM system
Other tasks will include:
• Working with the account manager and admin to make our CRM and Job Management system up to date with accurate information
• Identifying larger portfolio opportunities and channel partners for the Directors to work with
• Account management to improve business performance and host quality
• Working with the Account Manager and Operations team to ensure you have the knowledge required to sell EzyStayz platform
Desire requirements:
• Good communicator (mandatory)
• Able to work from home effectively and efficiently (mandatory)
• Building relationships with prospects through multiple phone and email interactions (mandatory)
• Strong relationship building, negotiation skills (mandatory)
• Feel comfortable with cold calling and closing warm marketing generated leads (mandatory)
• Australian Citizen (Australian English verbal and written required) (mandatory)
• Professional experience in start-up type company
• Knowledge or experience of travel business industry, or with telesales experience
• Analytical abilities to identify high-impact opportunities and evaluate it
• Prefer Sales Force experience and acquiring host experience
• Can represent EzyStayz tone and brand in public-facing communications
• Passion for travel and being a host with accommodation website platforms is a plus!
