Mindfulness for social scrolling! It's a thing, or at least it should be.

With endless content appearing on social media each second, it is now virtually impossible to consume it ALL. So the algorithm works to show you what YOU want to see based on YOUR activity on the platform.
This means that if you love dogs (like I do) and follow dogs on Instagram (like I do) then Instagram is going to give you more of THAT. Great for me, bad for business engagement and opportunities and cultivating a community.
