In April, across Paid Advertising conversion campaigns (Meta, Google and Pinterest platforms) — we spent $81,797, generating a total conversion value of $777,124.20. That’s a ROAS across the board of 9.5.

We strategised, designed and sent over 70 EDM’s generating a return upwards of $170,000, updated 2 clients email flow automations and made social dreams come to life with our social media management and content clients.

We’re looking for another Intern to support our team, this time, with a keen interest in all things paid ads. 👩‍💻

At Social & Staple we’re lucky enough to work for some of Australia’s most loved lifestyle, fashion and beauty brands and we’re offering one lucky intern the chance to get their hands dirty.

We’re looking for an Intern to collaborate with the Social & Staple team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on paid platforms.

This internship will offer hands-on experience working in the backend and strategy of platforms like Meta, Pinterest and Google.

What you’ll be doing:
💙Analysing and reporting on campaign performance with guidance from Lead Ad Specialist
💙Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across paid platforms such as Google, Meta, and Pinterest
💙Participation in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
💙Keeping on top of the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies, providing actionable insights to the team

This internship will begin in June and will run over a 12 week period, two days a week 8:30-4pm. However, we’re flexible for the right fit! You’ll be required to be in our office in Miami both days.

This is an unpaid position, with the opportunity to join the team after the 12 week period.

We’re now three books into our Social & Staple Book Club and there’s more than just us linking these three books together... have you picked up on it?

Our first read, Glossy by Maria Meltzer, featured an intimate moment with Glossier’s Founder, Emily Weiss where she mentions some of the books that have influenced her career.

Two books of note are Grit by Angela Duckworth and Shoe Dog by Phil Knight.

The common theme of Grit is again continued with Knight discussing how a person’s courage and resolve (aka. grit) can transform brands

This inspired our team to think about how marketing can support a business’ adaptability and innovative practices when executed in line with clear overarching strategies.

Last week we moved into our new office — we’re still working on the finishing touches to add that SS spice that you all know and love but we’re oh-so happy in our new space.

💙The SS angels are taking off to Sydney in May to spend some time at the 360 conference learning from some of the best media names.
💙We’re welcoming five new accounts to our client roster across all of our key services — paid advertising, email marketing and social media management.
💙We’ll be busy bee’s over the next few weeks strategising and prepping for our clients EOFY sales periods. Undoubtably one of the biggest sales periods on the calendar, standing out during this noisy period can feel overwhelming without the right support.
