Last year, something magical happened. I brought together a group of incredible ladies to dream bigger, get inspired, and create vision boards that reflected their deepest desires. The energy in the room was electric—filled with hope, creativity, and connection. 💖

Fast forward to now, and I can’t stop thinking about how many lives were transformed in that one day. Boards turned into bold actions, dreams became plans, and visions started becoming reality. 💫

So this year, I knew we had to go even bigger. More tools, more clarity, more time to really bring those dreams to life. That’s why I’m so excited to invite YOU to the Make Yourself Epic Vision Board Workshop on February 8th, 2025, in Broadbeach!

This year I have added a Pre-Workshop Zoom Session to help you gather the images, words, and inspiration that truly speak to you. I have extended the workshop to 5 hours, so there’s no rushing—just pure focus on YOU and your vision. And we’re diving into archetypes to help you align with the power already within you.

This isn’t just about crafting a pretty board. It’s about creating a roadmap for your life—one filled with joy, purpose, and abundance. Imagine waking up every day and looking at a vision that feels so right, so you, that taking action becomes second nature.

So super proud that one of our ELC girls took out 1st place in our 6 week challenge that has just finished yesterday. Kat Howkins these results are incredible and shows how consistent you were over the 6 weeks. Right from the beginning of this challenge we cheered her on towards her goals and can't wait to see your next round of pics. She had her eye on her prize of a new iphone with her winnings the whole way through ... so awesome !!

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’m all about this incredible nutrition system that’s been part of my journey for the last 8 and a half years. If you’re new here, know you know! 😝

But let me be crystal clear – this isn’t some 30-day miracle program. It’s about making small, consistent changes that align with your goals, even when life doesn’t go as planned. I love that, even on those days when I’m not entirely on track, this program allows me to pivot anytime I choose and stay in alignment with my vision.

🫶🏼 AND Give Yourself Grace: Allow yourself the flexibility to indulge occasionally without guilt — balance is key.

I can't believe we are going back to winter 😭 after this amazing weather. I could live in Vegas half the year for sure. Kids got an upgrade to the windows and I have the whole middle row to myself 🥳 and we made it to the gate 20 Min before boarding.

Be sure to allow plenty of time driving to LAX if you have a rental car 🤣 it took us 2 and a half hours from the rental car drop off, through customs and onto the gate.

Homeward bound 💛✈️

🔥 What a phenomenal Day 2 of RPM! 🔥

We started at 1am this morning Aussie time and just finished at 3:30pm this afternoon. And it was freezing, so I’m super grateful yet again for my WW oodie gift from our ELC team a few weeks ago. 🥶💕

I absolutely love, love, LOVE the new RPM software and Tony AI—it's next level! I’m one of those people with 1000 post-it notes all over my desk, ticking them off as I go. This software takes everything and sets you in mega-planning massive action mode. 🚀

Some takeaways from today:

🌟 Putting the Big Rocks in First: We learned the importance of prioritizing what matters most. It’s all about making sure the key things—those that truly make a difference in our lives—are taken care of first. Then, we fill in the rest. 🗂️

🌟 Living on Your Terms: What’s something you want to accomplish next week that will bring you joy and fulfillment? Juice it up, focus, and add intention! 💪

🌟 My Magnificent Seven: I love this concept—adding the top 7 things I aim to accomplish each week. These come from different categories in life, and if I achieve all these, it will be an EPIC week! 🎯

🌟 Purposeful Activity: Busy is doing stuff that doesn’t matter and stressing about it. The goal is to eliminate the "busy" feeling. Reminder: what stresses us out is activity without purpose. What’s one purposeful activity you can prioritize next week? ✨

Now I’m off to bed at 5:30pm to make sure I get up for 1am for Day 3 🦸🏼‍♀️ Kids are free reign tonight haha let’s see how responsible they are getting themselves to bed ... or if they will still be up when I get up 🫣

🎉 Day One of the 1st ever RPM event was amazing! The power of the RPM System: Focus on the RESULTS and your PURPOSE to put together a Massive Action Plan ... it's also the foundation of some of my vision boards. Thrilled to be crewing this event for the 5000+ participants around the globe.

A few of my notes from today:

🔥 In order to take our life to the next level we must realize that the same pattern of thinking that has gotten us to where we are now, will not get us to where we want to go!

🔥 Focus on the long-term rewards that come from living a purpose-driven life.

🔥 Spend your time on what truly matters to you. Your quality of life is tied to emotional states and how you manage your time.

🔥 The quality of our thoughts is shaped by the questions we ask. Ask better questions, you will get better answers and therefore better results

🔥 Leverage resources, people, and processes already in place to achieve your goals.

This is a picture of when I first spoke on a stage in front of nearly 1800 people 6 years ago ... something I would NEVER in a million years think I would have even wanted to do. How funny the surprises life throws at us 🤣💖

I started on this journey to better our family's health 8 and a half years ago, and right from the beginning, we have been able to experience some incredible results. As a mum with 2 young kids back then, I felt totally exhausted. I struggled with sleeping well, wasn't eating right, and was just that cranky zombie mum all the time. It didn't help that I was constantly trying to do everything (still do this LOL). I know now I was depriving my body of the nutrients I needed just to function. So I'm grateful I was able to find the products and program to get me on track.

From great results, I saw a bigger vision and where my passion lies is now helping others find their path to better health and lifestyle. I had no idea where this part-time gig would lead or if it was just going to be "another one of those things," but I knew it could help with our lifestyle and pay for our products.

What is even better is how much it has been able to change the person I was to who I am today. Even though I'm such a people person, I had no self-confidence talking to bigger groups outside my friends' circle and got lost in mum life. I have found my love of traveling, adventures, meeting new people, learning about them, and how to have fun again. We have an amazing team of men and women who raise each other up and support each other every step of the way to be the best version of themselves.

Remember, sometimes all it takes is a 2mm shift to step into who you need to become. Those tiny changes can lead to massive transformations.

First time back at the gym since having an incredible time in Fiji plus conference weekend🏝️ Today’s session with the Fitillion app felt great, even though my shoes got trashed climbing those poles in Fiji! 🤣 Time for a new pair, I think.

I’m so excited for our upcoming six-week challenge! 💪🏼 It’s the perfect opportunity to push ourselves, set new goals, and manifest our best selves. Remember, fueling your body with the right nutrients and pink shakes 💓 is just as important as the workouts themselves.
