Graziella is a woman of many talents, using her years of leadership experience and sport to start the The Optimisation Hub and to become a UN ICPG Ambassador to Africa, amongst many of things 🙌🏽

Julie Lindsay is a human being that defines resilience.

In April 2022, this 48 year old mum of two, was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer…

Right as she was heading into her third bodybuilding show in Brisbane🏋🏽‍♀️

After undergoing 9 months of chemotherapy and radiation, it was discovered the cancer had been in her liver the whole time.

So her medical journey continued.

Today, despite currently undergoing her second round of chemo and huge surgery, she is now clear of cancer🥳

The whole time, she has continued to push her limits in the gym💪

One question that we often encounter, as the Two Cripples, One Pair of Legs Podcast Team; a duo that have encountered their fair share of adversity in our lives, is how do you keep moving forwards when the s**t hits the fan.

It was great to chat to Julie about the mindset it takes to keep going when the chips are down and also how important it is to stay on top of medical checkups as a way to keep yourself healthy.

We round off the episode chatting about our recent amazing trip to Cairns and can’t help but fill out with our signature banter 💯

Have you heard of Brett Scott from The Brett D. Scott :: Super-Charged Freedom?

If you haven’t, you seriously need to hear Episode 18 of the Two Cripples, One Pair of Legs Podcast.

Why?

Not only is he one of the nicest humans you’re ever likely to meet, but he’s also one of the most motivating.

Adam Sheppard and I are very blessed to call this awesome human a mate but that’s not why we invited him in the show.

If personal development is your thing, he knows his 💩 and it lead to some epic, insightful conversations during this episode.

Brett is also, and interestingly, a Beam Awards Man of the Year Finalist, alongside Adam…

Maybe some rivalry there 😂
