****IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ON CHANGES AT DIVERSITY MODELS IN 2026 FOR ALL NEW/ INCOMING NDIS PARTICIPANTS/ DISABILITY MODELS***

Hi everyone, Diversity Models is the first and leading modelling agency specialising in recruiting and casting people with disabilities for paid modelling employment in Australia. In 2026, as an NDIS Registered Provider we have chosen to stay in the disability sector with some new conditions to ensure we can still supply these supports, stay feasible as a business and create employment opportunities for participants.

We have made these new strategic decisions due to the unfortunate experiences of some invoices not being paid by participants and some plan managers who either absconded or deliberately did not pay us for their portfolio/modelling support services (after they had agreed, claimed they were approved and received services in their entirety).
We have had to make these below immediate changes to ensure that our photographers, studios, hair and makeup artists, support workers and suppliers are paid for their time in future. (Please note - We have always paid our staff but as a business we wore the costs waiting to be paid)

FOR JOINING OUR AGENCY
We will now only accept participants who meet the following criteria to meet the modelling demand from our clients:
1. Must have a Visible Physical Disability
2. Must be self funded or privately funded
3. Any payments/fees must be made upfront (funding is the responsibility of the participant)
4. We will only open our books 6 times a year to new disability models as in 2026 we are focusing on booking modelling jobs with clients.
5. In 2026 - Books will open January / March/ May/ July/ September/November across Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Melbourne and Sydney

DIVERSITY MODELS ACADEMY
1. Due to non-payment of various invoices by participants Diversity Models Academy (weekend workshops and modelling mentoring) will cease immediate operations

FOR BOOKING MODELLING JOBS
1. We will only cast local models for modelling jobs (unless our clients have a budget for travel - we will no longer wear any costs)

As Diversity Models is fiercely loyal and hardworking to all of our existing models, creatives and our commercial clients, we will not accept back any models who have left our agency, gone to our competitors (looking for greener pastures) or those who we have observed quietly who have compromised our reputation on social media in any way, shape or form. We won't fight to keep you in our agency. We fight for those who stay.

DIVERSITY MODELS IS RECRUITING IMMEDIATELY IN MELBOURNE / SYDNEY / GOLD COAST/ BRISBANE

Diversity Models modelling agency is experiencing a sudden surge of modelling bookings and so we are recruiting immediately for 2025/2026 for the below diverse male and female models to meet our client’s needs.

1) Disability Models (Physical Disabilities (especially with mobility aids, wheelchairs, walkers, walking sticks), Down Syndrome (or similar) & Intellectual Disabilities) - teens to adult - all ages

2) Mature Age Models 50+ to 80 years of age

3) Multicultural Models 25+ years of age

NOTES
1. No/hidden tattoos, minimal Botox and have a natural /family friendly appearance

2. We value the honest, loyalty, personality and ambitions of our models

3. We will still promote and aim to find work for all of our existing models who fall outside of these core demographics

4. We are looking for both visual models and models that can speak on camera (not actors)

5. Please also indicate if you can travel
