FACT - we are still working with NDIS participants, we are still employing people with disabilities and we are still supporting the disability sector in our own way …. 🙂

P.s We only work with participants who respect our team and respect our commercial clients….and yes we can and will still recruit and employ NDIS participants at our discretion as a company….because WE CAN 🙂

Individuals like this individual below clearly has ongoing severe mental health and obesity issues well beyond our interest and it shows in her repeat online behaviour. We do not accept anyone who behaves like this, nor will our clients.

We are a modelling agency and niche training provider with strong standards, not a rehabilitation centre or asylum for troubled people.

PPS. It’s a huge win for a business to pick and choose clients. We choose who we want.

We look forward to when unregistered and unregulated support workers like this are chucked out of the NDIS system for spreading misinformation like this Brisbane troll Demi Lynch.

DIVERSITY MODELS At Diversity Models we recruit two types of models - Agency Signed Models and Database Models

We accept, cast and specialise in male and female disability models, multicultural models and mature models for projects within Australia and internationally as of 2026.

Diversity Models is an NDIS Registered Provider and the first modelling agency of it's kind in Australia.

****2026 NEW MODELLING OPTIONS FOR PHYSICAL DISABILITY MODELS, MULTICULTURAL MODELS AND MATURE AGE MODELS

JOIN US AS AN AGENCY SIGNED MODEL
This is for existing models who are officially signed with our agency and those who wish to take modelling as a career step.

***REQUIREMENTS
- you must be self funded or privately funded to join our agency (once off set fee upfront payment applies)
- you will have a portfolio shoot done with us
- you will be listed on our social media accounts and website (this means clients can see you FIRST and request you directly)
- you will have first priority as an agency model to ALL modelling projects
- you can apply for all projects we publicly advertise
- you will be submitted for any UGC, modelling, spokesperson or AI projects we don’t publicly advertise
- you will be submitted for ALL industries we supply models to
- clients pay us set fees for our agency signed models doing modelling, AI or spokespersons projects, so you will be paid at our set rate for agency signed models
- for all UGC Clients you are paid the negotiated client fee, less 30% agency fee

DATABASE MODELS
This is all for models with physical disabilities, multicultural background and mature aged models who wish to work as freelance models (non-agency signed) with Diversity Models.


*** REQUIREMENTS
- no cost to be involved
- you can ONLY apply to UGC projects and projects we advertise publicly (open casting)
- you will only be added to our hidden talent database which we send to clients to review when requested
- you will be paid the negotiated client fee less a 30% agency fee

* NOTES
- Disability Models must have a visible and physical disability
- Social media reference checking applies to all agency signed models
- All models must have an ABN and are booked as contractors (unless otherwise agreed)
- UGC projects attract a lower client fee as models shoot content themselves

FREE REFERENCE CHECKING RESOURCES - DISABILITY/ CARE SECTOR

Dear Recruiters/ Business Owners/ Founders

If you are doing reference checks in 2026 on potential employees in the disability/NDIS sector, care sector or similar please feel free to utilise use my resources below. I have been a recruiter my entire career but in this era, reference checking
should be done more deeply to protect your business.

From a business example, trolls attacked my personal name or my company names extensively on social media in 2025 and we are a national company, as they say
“a leopard never changes its spots”.

For the highest risks, here’s some FREE reference checking resources.

1. Type in Diversity Models A Current Affair on YouTube (know the media bias and the ring leaders)

2. Check Google Places - Diversity Models Reviews (strangers make fake reviews)

3. Message me to send you multiple Google drives with names and screenshots. One Google Drive has 320+ screenshots from one nasty Facebook group packed with names and examples of who attacked us

4. Scroll through comments on the NDIS Participants and Providers Australia page (the same names everyday continuously attack businesses and attacked me/us)

5. Ask for my blocked/banned Trolls lists

6. Check the comments on my below pages (if we haven’t deleted them already)

***In case you missed our weekend announcement**** WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT OR HIRE ANY NEW NDIS PARTICIPANTS AT DIVERSITY MODELS.

Those who signed and returned our modelling agreements in mid 2025 (when we set high payments rates)as we requested are the last of our disability models whom we will continue to market and cast for well paid employment opportunities and media opportunities across Australia and internationally (where we can).

We are no longer interested in supporting the NDIS sector in creating employment opportunities, except for those who stayed loyal to us and those who signed the agreements for work. Loyalty and commitment are important in the highly competitive modelling industry.

If you are interested in entering the modelling industry with a disability we advise all candidates to please apply to other agencies now and in the future.

***2026 UPDATE - DIVERSITY MODELS ACADEMY - NO LONGER ACCEPTING NDIS PARTICIPANTS****

We have had some incredibly wonderful experiences with NDIS participants in 2024 and 2025 and we thank our dear clients who have come through this part of Diversity Models and made it such a beautiful moment for our team. We have enjoyed every single memory and will always love our participants who made it what we love!

Effective immediately, Diversity Models Academy will no longer accept NDIS participants.

Diversity Models modelling agency will still operate on a casting basis for commercial modelling projects and clients, however we will focus operating on a different business model in order to remain competitive, sustainable and cost effective to commercial clients who request our models.

These decisions to no longer support NDIS participants at Diversity Models Academy has been made as the NDIS/disability sector has now become extremely messy, turbulent and negative.

We have experienced some very dishonest participants who have knowingly avoided paying their invoices after receiving all services and supports in full. This practice is happening to often to too many NDIS providers now and it is evident that the sector is on the decline as a result. As we are a business and not a charity, it just not feasible for our company to wear these costs any further.

As a strategic decision, in 2026 we have decided to pivot to other industries and we will be making the massive transition very shortly.
