Here I am in the true tropical rainforest paradise. The road here wasn't a straight one and I tell you I sure made mistakes along the way. I'm touching the issues of life, decisions, dreams and passion in life that motivate us. I haven't imagined I'll ever live in Asia as I was building a great life in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria but it looks like it wasn't meant for me just now. Right now I live in a lovely surfing town. Hikkaduwa is a place first discovered by surfers and hippies in the 70's. The name itself brings to mind distant exotic journeys. The town is the first place that gained popularity among surfers and travelers. Today the town has the best tourist infrastructure in the country. The place is safe and worth visiting. Every dollar spent locally helps local communities rebuild their lives after the economic crisis that hit the country in the first half of last year 🌏
