Chef Tours 🌟 4 Years in the running now and looking forward to hosting yet another round of Chef Tours to Australias Truffle capital Manjimup.
To be able to share my passion for Truffles with chefs outside of their kitchen is an absolute blessing and a priority I made with my business model as soon as I could.
I believe in business inside a business. My business doesn’t work unless theirs does and I will go above and beyond to make that happen.
Starting with exceptional service, event and marketing support, providing training or making sure I book a table with friends and family.
I truly believe that Business is all about relationships.
Trust me when I say there’s a little magic that happens on every tour where inspiration, creativity, growth and connection all come together fireside, star lit and out in the country air.
Not only do we spend time cooking and experimenting with Fresh Truffles but we get an Invite only experience onto Australias Largest producing farm, boots on the ground, learning about the hard work that goes into growing and harvesting the elusive Star of Winter at Oak Valley Truffles.
Our Australian Truffle Industry is huge and growing every year. There are beautiful farms all over our country and various species now being grown successfully. It’s an industry we sure should be proud of!
Our little country is a big deal in the International Truffle market and only getting bigger!
It’s great to be part of helping Chefs understand, appreciate and enjoy this underground gem and to feel confident with them back in their own kitchen.
Nothing beats a little time out in the country air to get inspired, feel supported and become empowered.
Trust me, we learn a lot about Truffles, share a few Truffle Tales and experience country hospitality like no other creating memories that will last a lifetime.
