Last Friday I won the Digital Art category in the 2024 Canning Art Awards for this music animation https://vimeo.com/1002570571. Thanks to all involved.

In a weird twist of fate I was driving down the freeway the week before to deliver the Spidervision piece and noticed what seemed a weird optical condition whereby two small spiders appeared to be dangling in front of my left eye. Initially I thought my sunglasses needed cleaning. Subsequent diagnosis revealed that this mostly benign condition is colloquially known as 'floaters' or vitreous opacities. Certainly a timely situation in which to develop this affliction!
