Head down to Memorial Park from 6pm on Christmas Eve for this family friendly and FREE event that will include food trucks, market and gift stalls, kids and adult activities and opportunities to purchase any last-minute Christmas presents! 🎁

Brought to life by JC Entertainment, bring the festive season to life at The Entrance this Christmas Eve, through singing your favourite Christmas Carols, a visit from Santa 🎅 and a firework display at 9pm to finish the night! 🎆

Christmas is so close that its only fitting we feature a traditional recipe from Christmas past.

White christmas has made a comeback with many new versions but we decided to stick to the old recipe that has stood the test off time.

It has graced many a festive table and been enjoyed by children and adults. Many grandmothers and mothers have whipped up batches for Christmas stalls over the years so to you Traditional White Christmas we say thank you for the memories.

🎄Traditional White Christmas🎄

✨INGREDIENTS✨
▪️250g copha
▪️3 cups Rice Bubbles
▪️1 cup desiccated coconut
▪️3/4 icing sugar - sifted
▪️1 cup powdered milk
▪️1 cup mixed dried fruit
▪️A handful of chopped glace cherries if your mixed fruit doesnt contain them.

✨METHOD✨
▪️Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
▪️Melt the copha and allow to cool slightly.
▪️Pour the copha onto the dry ingredients and mix well.
▪️Press the mix into a lamington tin or patty tins and refrigerate until set.
▪️Cut into squares and enjoy.

✨NOTE✨
We made this version vegan friendly by substituting the milk powder for custard powder which is vegan. It gave the same result just a little more golden in colour than white.

🎉🎉 ANNOUNCEMENT 🎉🎉

We are so super excited to announce that will be screening water themed episodes of Captain Planet for our Marine Magic Outdoor Cinema 🙌🌏💧🤩

Captain Planet is a classic 90’s environmental themed series that is not only a whole lot of fun but also has some amazing messages about how we can look after our beautiful planet! 🌱

This is a donation based event and all donations go back to supporting local creative arts and environmental initiatives on the Central Coast ✨

We will also be showcasing some short informative clips about our local waterways and how we can best care for the beautiful land and water we call home here on the Cebtral Coast 🌊

In the park there will also be a whole range of fun activities from art with The Crud Muffins, circus with Roundabout Circus, Roving by Curious Creators to crafting with Flower Fairy Amy making water themed fairy wings, wands and crowns alongside interactive educational stalls PLUS the amazing Central Coast Marine Discovery Centre (CCMDC) will be open, so definitely check it out, it’s full to the brim with watery wonder, like a mini aquarium with treasure hunts, sensory stations, microscopes, a mini cinema room and heaps of incredible accessible information 🙏

We are looking forward to seeing there! 🌈

🅿️ Free Parking is available at the North Entrance Council Car Park, with a short stroll
across The Entrance Bridge, the multi-storey car park, in Duffy’s Lane, The Entrance, and off street parking is also available, road rules apply
♿️ Accessible Parking and Drop Off Zones are located along The Entrance Road (under The Entrance Bridge), and the multi-storey car park in Duffy’s Lane, The Entrance. Your permit must be displayed on your vehicle during your stay.
