Lately, I’ve been making self-care a priority — and let me tell you, it feels AMAZING ✨

As a Mum and business owner, it’s so easy to put myself last, constantly pouring into others and leaving little for me. But I’ve realised that when I take care of myself, I show up better for my little one, my work, and my goals!

Self-care doesn’t have to be elaborate. Sometimes it’s the small things that make the biggest difference:

☕️ Stealing a quiet moment with my morning coffee (even if it ends up going cold)

📖 Diving into a good book or podcast that fuels my mind

🧘‍♀️Taking deep breaths and centering myself during a hectic day.

🌿 Saying “yes” to rest without feeling guilty

It’s about listening to what I need and honoring it. Because when we pour into ourselves, we can pour into everything else from a place of abundance.

So here’s your reminder: You deserve to feel good, too. Prioritising yourself isn’t selfish; it’s necessary.

Taking it back to when life was all palm trees, sunsets, and a cool breeze setting in… My business retreat in Bali wasn’t just a getaway; it was a reminder of what’s possible when you dare to dream big 💥

As the new year has begun, I find myself reflecting on where I’ve been and where I’m headed

This journey hasn’t always been easy—balancing the joys and challenges of motherhood while building a dream that allows me to be present for my boy

But I wouldn’t change it for the world 🌎

The road ahead is full of possibilities, even if it feels uncertain at times. Each step I take—whether it’s empowering other FIFO/shift workers to build their online income, or making mindset shifts in my own life—is a step toward something bigger than myself✨

This isn’t just about building a business. It’s about creating a life. A life where I’m not trading hours for dollars, where my time is my own, and where my family gets the best of me—not what’s left of me

If you’ve been feeling the pull toward something new, know that the road ahead doesn’t have to look perfect

I don’t know about you.. but I’m ready to be a stay at home mum.. like, YESTERDAY!

Being a Mum is the most rewarding (and challenging) job in the world

But let’s be honest — it’s hard to fully enjoy those precious moments when your time is split between work and family

Every day, I think about how much I want to be home with my little one — watching him grow, cheering on his milestones, and just being there for all the big and small moments

The truth is, I’m ready to make that dream my reality.

I don’t want to miss another “first”

I don’t want to feel torn between clocking into a job and soaking up time with my boy

That’s why I’m building something online that lets me do BOTH.

I know there are so many Mums out there who feel the same way. If you’ve ever dreamed of ditching the commute and being fully present for your family — while still contributing financially —just know it’s possible 💪🏽

I’m not there YET, but I’m getting closer every day
